Sioux Falls man is latest $100,000 Powerball winner

(Pierre) - Acie W. Matthews of Sioux Falls is the latest South Dakota player to win $100,000 playing Powerball. Matthews matched all five white balls but not the Powerball. He is the 91st South Dakotan to win the game’s second-level prize.
