Rapid City Woman Claims $30,000 Cash Line Bingo Prize

Theresa Tibbitts of Rapid City on April 11, 2011 claimed her $30,000 top prize in the Cash Line Bingo game at the Rapid City Lottery office. Tibbitts purchased the winning $3 scratch ticket at Don's Valley Express on North Haines Avenue in Rapid City. The odds of winning the top prize playing Cash Line Bingo are 1:123,133.
