Bigger prizes, more number choices, and a cash only jackpot are among the changes that began May 15, 2013 with the Hot Lotto game. The game's second prize jumped from $10,000 to $30,000 ($30,000 to $90,000 with the Sizzler option) while the third prize went from $500 to $3,000 ($1,500 to $9,000 with the Sizzler option). While the way you play the game hasn't changed, the field of numbers from which you choose your five white balls went from 39 to 47 under the enhanced game; you still choose from among 19 numbers for your Hot Ball.
